How do I buy a PPV?
Open the event page, select “Buy Pay-Per-View,” log in or create a StreamGlobal account, and complete checkout. Your
access is tied to your account email. After payment, return to the event page while logged in to watch.
How long does my PPV access last?
Unless the event page states otherwise, PPV access lasts 14 days from the scheduled start time. When the event is over,
the replay (VOD) will appear on the same event page once processing finishes.
How do I view past events I’ve purchased?
During your access window, log in and open the same event page to watch the replay (VOD) when available.
How many devices can I use at once?
PPV is for personal use. Simultaneous streams are limited. If you see a concurrency warning, stop playback on
other
devices and refresh on the one you want to use.
The stream hasn’t started yet—what now?
Keep the page open; playback begins automatically when the broadcast goes live. If the scheduled time has passed by more
than 10–15 minutes, refresh the page.
I’m seeing a “too many devices” or concurrency warning.
Close the stream on other devices or browser tabs, wait about 60 seconds, then refresh. If it persists, fully quit the
app/browser on the other device and try again.
My card was charged but I can’t watch—help?
Make sure you’re logged into the same email used at checkout, return to the event page, and refresh. If access still
isn’t unlocked, contact support with your receipt ID.
Can I transfer my PPV to another account?
No. Purchases are tied to the purchasing account for security and anti-fraud reasons.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
Modern desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and most iOS/Android mobile browsers. Casting via Chromecast or
AirPlay works on compatible devices. Smart-TV browsers may work, but for best results cast from a phone/tablet or
connect a laptop via HDMI.
Can I pause, rewind, or rewatch?
If DVR is enabled, you can scrub back during the live stream. After the event, a replay (VOD) is typically available
within a few hours and remains available for your PPV window.
What internet speed do I need?
The player adapts quality automatically. As a guide: 3–5 Mbps for 720p, 7–10 Mbps for 1080p. If you experience
buffering, switch to Wi-Fi, pause other downloads/streams, or lower quality in the player settings.
I can hear audio but can’t see video (or vice versa). What should I do?
Try these steps:
1. Refresh the event page.
2. Disable VPNs, privacy filters, or ad-blockers for this site.
3. Try another browser.
4. If casting, start playback on your device first, then tap the Cast/AirPlay button.
5. If you’re still stuck, contact support (see “Contact Support”).
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments only, processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa and Mastercard;
American Express in some regions).
Can I get a refund?
All PPV sales are final once the live stream starts. If an event is cancelled or a platform-wide outage prevents
viewing, contact support with your order email. Event-specific policies (if any) are shown on the event page.
